Right now Arnold has AB 962 sitting on his desk. He has until Sunday to veto AB 962 before it automatically becomes law. AB 962 does 3 things in the name of helping law enforcement efforts:

250 rounds of .22 and 4 Shoot-N-C’s later I ended up with this grouping on my last 25 rounds out of the Challenger II. The whole time I was low and to the left, but I’d blame myself before the gun. Low and to the left would indicate jerking or flinching during the trigger pull. [...]
