    Broken edge of a CD or something? (see what I did there? all other answers covered under “or something”)

    Yes edge of a CD, I angled it so the refraction would act as a clue.

    I was going to say soapy water, but I figured you wouldn’t let that stuff get anywhere close to your D90.
