Both of these prescription bills suck. 78 is funded by the Drug Companies and is completely voluntary. 79 is just stupid, it says if companies don't offer a discount they can't do business with the State. So if someone can't afford a medicine they are completely denied access to it. 

No on both 78 and 79.</description>
